UCSF is looking for Bay Area seniors (60+) who are interested in participating in an at-home study examining a meditation app's effects on memory, attention, and well-being. You do not need to travel to San Francisco to participate in this study. Everything will be done at home using your computer/laptop and a tablet/smartphone.
Participants will complete tasks online, use the meditation app for a fixed amount of time, and check in with the study team after 6 months. Participants will receive a $50 thank you gift card after they participate.
